By accessing or using myocci.org (the “Site”) and any affiliated digital platforms operated by the Old Catholic Churches International (OCCI), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Site immediately.
2. Who We Are
myocci.org is operated by the Old Catholic Churches International, a religious nonprofit organization providing spiritual, pastoral, humanitarian, and educational services.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.

Actions that endanger community safety may result in legal reporting or referral to appropriate authorities.
7. Emailing Clergy and OCCI Offices
7.1 Appropriate Use of Email Communication
The Site provides contact information for OCCI clergy, offices, ministries, and administrative personnel. By using these contact channels, you agree to:
- Communicate respectfully and appropriately
- Refrain from abusive, threatening, or harassing messages
- Refrain from sending unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or obscene content
- Avoid impersonating clergy, staff, or officials
The OCCI may restrict communication or report misconduct as necessary.
7.2 Pastoral and Administrative Limitations
Email communication with clergy or offices:
- Is not an emergency service
- Cannot guarantee immediate responses
- Is not a substitute for civil authorities, medical professionals, or emergency personnel
If you or someone else is in danger, do not rely on email—contact emergency services immediately.
7.3 Reporting Threats, Abuse, or Imminent Harm
If you send emails to clergy or OCCI offices that include:
- Threats of violence
- Admissions or indications of ongoing abuse
- Threats of self-harm or harm to others
- Information suggesting a minor or vulnerable person is in danger
- Criminal activity, exploitation, or coercion
The OCCI may, at its discretion or as required by law:
- Report the matter to local, state, or federal law enforcement
- Contact emergency responders
- Notify child protective services or relevant safeguarding authorities
- Maintain records of the communication for legal purposes
The OCCI takes all threats, abuse disclosures, and safety concerns seriously.
Where mandated by law—or necessary to protect human life—the OCCI will cooperate fully with civil authorities.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to external websites. The OCCI does not endorse or control these sites and is not responsible for their content, policies, or actions. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
9. Privacy Policy
Use of the Site is governed by the Privacy Policy, which describes data collection, protection, and usage practices.

All OCCI names, marks, publications, ecclesial texts, graphics, and digital materials are protected under applicable law.
